Orders over £99.00 Excluding VAT being delivered to a UK Zone A address only will have the option for Free Shipping. This will be on our standard courier service which is 3 – 5 working days when ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday.

How is the Delivery Cost Calculated

If an order is under 10kg in weight it can be sent via our economy service, however, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery through this service.

Most of the items on the website are held in stock unless otherwise indicated. If it is in stock, then we will normally deliver within 3 working days – this is dependent on which delivery service is chosen, more information on this can be found below.

If a product is not in stock, then we aim to ship the goods to you within 10 working days – we will notify you by phone or email if there is to be a delay once the issue has been raised with the office.
